This linocut print is inspired by ancient Chinese ceramics and porcelain. It was during the Tang and Song dynasties these white and blue patterns started to take form, and it is called qinghua. Back in time this type of porcelain were reserved for special occasions and gifts. This linocut print is the second in the series "Asian Vase".
